How accurate is the AI on real damage photos?
The vision model is fine-tuned on fire, water, and storm damage imagery. We recommend a quick review pass on every inventory—it's faster than starting from scratch, and you stay in control of the final document. Think of it as a first draft that saves you the 3-hour room-by-room slog.
What if the AI misses an item or misidentifies it?
Every inventory goes through a review step before export. You can add, remove, or correct any line item directly in the browser. The AI accelerates the tedious part; you handle the edge cases where local knowledge matters.
Is my clients' property data secure?
Yes. All uploads are encrypted in transit and stored with AES-256 at rest. We don't share your data with third parties, and you can delete any project at any time. Your clients' information stays yours.
Do I need to be a tech expert to use this?
